for anyone new to us we've decided to include some definitions of fReQ here at the start to give you some idea,
if that doesn't work maybe a recent quote from the commentators at Shakespeare County Raceway will help

fReQ [frëk]

1 a very unusual and unexpected event or situation: the gardener says that the accident was a total fReQ

(also fReQ of nature) a person, animal or plant with an unusual physical abnormailty
informal a person regarded as strange because of their unusual appearance or behaviour

[with adj.] informal a person who is obsessed with or unusually enthusiastic about a specific interest : a juggling fReQ
[usu. with adj.] informal a person addicted to a drug of a particular kind : the boys were hula fReQs

2 archaic a sudden arbitrary change of mind, whim : go this way or that, as the fReQ takes you.

1 [intrans.] informal react or behave in a wild and irrational way, typically because of the effects of extreme emotion, mental illness or drugs : he fReQed out and started unicycling through the pits
[trans.] to cause to behave in such a way

2[trans]archaic fleck or streak ramdomly

*sudden causeless change or turn of the mind
*oddball, especially in physiology
*person whose physique has grown far beyond the normal limits of muscular development
*person who has an obsession or extreme knowledge of a something
